Is the software included?
Yes, the software and all future software updates come included with the purchase of the Bender II as well as the BendArc
What wire types do you support?
We support 8 different wire types for the Bender II ranging from Solid round, twisted, and rectangular. Sizes range from .018in .45mm to .026in .66mm
Does your machines support multiple wire types at a time?
Currently, our machines accommodate only one wire type per machine. Internal mechanisms must be precisely calibrated for each wire type due to their unique properties that require consideration.
Are there any options for Training?
Yes, your purchase of the Bender II and Bend Arc comes with complimentary training session for yourself and staff. Please visit our contact page to schedule the training.
Are there any Warranty Options?
Yes, your purchase of the Bender II or BendArc comes with a complimentary year of fully covered warranty. This covers any issues that you may have as well as expedited machine replacement.
