Basic Warranty Plan

What is Covered: Our Online YOAT CarePlan costs $500 per year. It includes remote calibration, telephone support, remote diagnostics, and a 24-hour response time.

What is Not Covered: Technician charges, parts, and FixR Basic Software Updates are not covered. Express Replacement is also not included.

Repair Costs Without Annual CarePlan: Remote diagnostics (1 hour basic) costs $200, with an additional $100 for each extra 30 minutes. Freight in/out is $300, diagnosis inspection is $500, cutter blade replacement is $800, motor or feeder replacement is $1,300, bending unit or pin replacement is $1,700, and camera replacement is $1,700. Other repair prices vary and require a quotation.
